The challenge

Orders and inventory updates required manual reconciliation between the storefront, warehouse workflows, and support channels. Errors were rare but expensive when they happened during promotions.

The customer journey was fragmented: marketing promised one experience, checkout another, and post-purchase comms did not always match what ops could actually deliver.

What we built

We mapped the operational truth first: what systems owned SKU state, how exceptions were handled, and where the team spent time on copy-paste work. Shopify became the customer-facing layer with integrations scoped to real workflows, not app-store novelty.

UX focused on clarity through checkout and account flows: fewer surprises on shipping, returns, and subscription-adjacent offers where applicable.

We documented runbooks and admin patterns so new team members could onboard without tribal knowledge living in one person’s inbox.
