Shopify is our home turf. We've run migrations for brands doing eight figures and built custom middleware for the ones the platform doesn't natively support. If you're on Magento, WooCommerce, or a legacy custom stack, we've seen your codebase before, even if we haven't.

What makes you different from a bigger agency?
Headcount is not the same as ownership. You get a senior practitioner who writes the plan, does a meaningful share of the work, and answers the hard questions without routing you through three account layers. Speed is a feature. So is saying "no" when an idea won't survive contact with reality.
What does an engagement actually look like?
It depends on the shape (project, embedded, or fractional), but the rhythm is the same: short discovery, a written approach, then work in the open with shared visibility. Start on the homepage under How we engage.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
Preferred, honestly: it's where we can move fastest and take the most responsibility end-to-end. If you're not on Shopify today, we still talk: migrations and evaluations are part of the work. We'll be direct if we're not the right fit for your stack or timeline.
